1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
• In the event of a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We prioritize domestic fulfillment to guarantee efficiency. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Most Focused Wholesalers LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately via ZipChat or email. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we may require photo documentation to process a replacement.
6. Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain high-value electronics (e.g., portable projectors).
